Bill and Hillary are made from the similar cloth as Obama and his cronies. It makes sense to bring them on board an Obama Administration in a spirit of unity, for in numbers there is strength through unity to enact desired legislation. After all, a tent made with one piece of fabric will hold up better than a tent formed by a patch work of unmatched pieces. Obama and his team plan to create an organization like no other ever seen before in politics to keep the messiah-like image of Obama alive.
Regarding Hillery as Secretary of State, will it really makes any difference whom Obama appoints as Secretary of State? I suspect Obama will be calling most of the foreign policy shots.

I’ve been reading speculation that the Clintons were the ones who leaked the supposed Hillary appointment to the news. If this is their way of sneaking into the White House by some kind of guilt trip or public pressure on Obama to offer her a token position, Obama is the one who’s in trouble. The Clintons will feel way too comfortable surrounded by Bill’s old illuminati administration, and their agenda is decidedly their own, not Obama’s.
