Rosemarie Andolino heads up O’Hare expansion for the city, to which airlines are objecting. Rebutting them, she said this, per Chi Trib:
“We’ve got to really relish in the day tomorrow,” . . . [T]he airlines should feel “comfort and appreciation for what we have done” to complete the early elements of the expansion within budget.
Maybe, but what’s this “relish in the day” and whom should we castigate for it, Trib reporter or editors or Ms. Andolino?
Shoot ’em all; let God sort ’em out.
I’m not in a terribly forgiving mood these days, and if I can’t see politicians swinging from the gallows, grammatical miscreants will have to do.
