John Fund notes a telling Rasmussen finding that this blog overlooked the other day in re: Brady’s lead over Quinn the incumbent Dem in the Illinois governor’s race.

Mr. Quinn’s unpopular support for tax increases and haphazard management style has also allowed Mr. Brady to open up a 59% to 18% lead among independent voters.
