Nelson Mandela, Christian by Guy Sorman – City Journal

Mandela’s faith saved him and the world from a very bad turning.

  1. Mandela was not Ghandi. He was even no Martin Luther King. He was an idol manufactured by the Communists and their fellow travelers in the media of communications. The African National Congress was a terrorist organization that killed civilians, on purpose, to prove to the population that the government could not protect them. The ANC and the South African Communist Party terrorized the blacks so that they would join in the war adgainst the South African government. Their favorite method of persuasionn was the “necklace,” an automobile tire filled with gasoline, placed over the head of a recaltricant recruit and set on fire. After the ANC took power,it started a genociode campaign against the whites and took their farms. The genocide continues today. What kind of “Christian” rejects the moral law regarding abortion and homosexuality?

  2. I agree with George. Mandela may have changed from a firebrand while imprisoned or he may have changed his outward behavior while condoning actions by allies that we would condemn.

A neighbor who took a job in the U.A.E. met a white female from S.A. who was willing to work in a backward section of a Muslim country just to escape from the dangers of being white in her homeland. It is meetings like this that tell much about the reality of life in black-ruled S.A. At least under apartheid, Mandela was able to become a lawyer (prior to prison); not bad for a “terrible” situation.
