40th ward (my ward) lady describes ICE situation in Chicago — accurately I say, unfortunately for all concerned. But some questions remain neither raised nor apparently answered:

* Should law-breakers be allowed to go their way?

* Should cities or states declare themselves sanctuaries for law-breakers?

* Assuming inaccuracies
