The attorney general says a “termination agreement” struck by the Quinn administration is illegal and will hurt taxpayers—and therefore she’s spiking it.
The illegal part I get, but since when does the AG decide against anything but her own voting and endorsing patterns on whether it’s good for taxpayers.
