  1. This is Dan’s favorite book ! He has given away numerous copies (whipped straight from his back pocket) and asked me more than once to re-order for him. He even requested local bookstore stock it in case he ran out of supply.

    1. I discovered it among in-laws’ effects, books saved over the decades. Was a 1953 Xmas gift to the family by the pastor.
