Any plans for enhancing (or preserving) ward services?

Hey, I know the specter of socialism haunts the 40th Ward. (See new alderman at the podium.) But will our man make time for some good old-fashioned capitalistic provision of the day-to-day? Staying tuned at this end, let me tell you.
