Blithe Spirit 
In Obama’s mixed up brain, he is never to blame. According to Obama’s logic, higher gas prices are the result of outside forces which are beyond his control.
It’s also not Obama’s fault that the Keystone pipe line failed. After all it was those mean and nasty Republicans who were responsible for not clinching the deal with Canada.
But how willing Obama is to take credit for the good someone else has done!
According to Obama, he is doing all he is able to do, as when he told the American people several days ago how he was opening up areas for drilling despite the fact that is was the Bush administration who had paved the way for more U.S. drilling.
