Some “crazy things” in papyruses:

Scholars are questioning the authenticity and significance of a much-publicized discovery by a Harvard scholar who reported that a 4th Century fragment of papyrus has provided the first evidence that some early Christians believed Jesus was married.

  1. Now King thinks that this is the beginning of a new gospel? From a small fragment of unknown provenance? Wouldn’t you think that the apostles might have noticed if Jesus was married?

    I’ll wait for the discovery of the engraved wedding ring (with date) to jump on the bandwagon — oh, and I like to see the wedding pictures.
