We may be witnessing a turning point in the Trump presidency | New York Post

This Michael Goodwin anticipating my very thoughts, more or less expressed moments ago an an email to a friend. I can show you the email, but it would show me writing hours AFTER Goodwin published.

That important point made, I can only congratulate him. The Donald is not gonna take s–t from losers — something like that. In any case, his Republican opponents have been asking for this. No need for him to fall on a sword for them.

What hath the electorate wrought? We can only ask, remaining confident that it’s worlds of difference from what we had the last eight years. Worlds.

  1. When Goodwin targets the “last 8 years” so angrily, Black surely has something to do with it….not everything…but much…and surely the mad king has made clear his feelings about race, religion, and gender…lets call the election what Ortega y Gasset did years ago: “The Revolt of the Masses”

    1. “last 8 years” are mine, not Goodwin’s, by the way. How do you know my or anyone else’s condemning the Obama years, or Obama, for that matter, is because he’s black? a white progressive with the same record neither I nor anyone else would condemn? You’d like to think that one over again?

As for Ortega y Gasset, it’s been a long time since I read or dipped into him. I have a vague recollection of liking what I read. Maybe not. Will have to look again.
